Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Fixe, whether you book appointments or list a business. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Fixe is
Fixe helps people in Mauritius find businesses and book appointments with them. When you book, the agreement for the service is between you and the business. Fixe doesn't provide the services itself.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your PIN or password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
We may pause an account that breaks these terms, for example for fake bookings, abuse or fake reviews.
Booking
A booking is confirmed when the business accepts it, and you pay the business directly, usually at the venue.
If you can't make it, please cancel as early as you can. Each business may have its own cancellation rules. Missing appointments can lower the rating businesses give you.
Reviews and what you post
Reviews must be honest and about a real visit. Don't post anything abusive, misleading or illegal.
We may hide content that breaks these rules. By posting on Fixe, you let us show that content on Fixe.
If you list a business
Keep your listing accurate: services, prices, hours and photos. You're responsible for the services you provide and for using your clients' details only to serve them.
New businesses get a free trial. After it, you can stay on the Free plan or choose a paid plan. What each plan includes and costs is shown in your dashboard. Paid time starts after any trial still running. Refunds are handled case by case.
We may take down a listing that is misleading or breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Fixe running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Fixe isn't responsible for the services businesses provide or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Mauritian law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
